Prior to 2014, he served as Deputy Managing Director for Redington India and Managing Director for International operations of Redington. He has been instrumental in building operations of Redington in Middle East and taking the company to a leadership position in the region. He led expansion of the company into Africa in 2004 and Turkey in 2010. He started his professional career in 1986 at Braun AG and worked for Türk Elektrik, Kofisa Trading, Türk Siemens Kablo ve Elektrik, Siemens Management Consulting, Siemens A.S. ve Siemens Business Services in management and top management roles. Mr. Çagan served as assistant general manager of Microsoft(Türkiye) Ltd. in between 2006-2013 and is managing partner of Camandira Meyve ve Sebzecilik Ltd. right now

He is responsible for financial management of the company and also spearheads the IT function and Shared Services Center for Redington Gulf. Mr. Ganeshan has been with Redington since 2000 and has played a significant role in acquisitions made by Redington Gulf. Prior to joining Redington Gulf in 2000, he worked with KPMG in India where he worked clients in multiple sectors. He has also been a panelist on various Industry forums on Trade Finance. Mr. Ganeshan is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has completed the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Ramkumar is a postgraduate in Business Administration from the Somaiya Institute of Management Studies in India. He has over a decade's experience in IT sales and marketing in South Asia, Middle East and Africa. He has previously worked with IBM and Tech Pacific. Ramkumar joined Redington Gulf FZE to set-up the Value Business and is currently responsible for the growth of the business vertical across the Middle East and Africa.
Qualified chartered accountant from India and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Singapore. He has also participated in an advanced management program at the Harvard Business School. He has been associated with Redington (India) Limited from its inception.
Mr. R. Srinivasan is a graduate in engineering from the Madras University also has as masters' degree in business management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has over 40 years of management experience across the globe. Mr. Srinivasan founded Redington and is presently the Vice Chairman responsible for corporate governance and investor relations of the Company amongst other things.
An experienced and respected International banker, having done key senior assignments with Citibank in India, Korea, the Gulf, and Singapore/ Asia-Pacific region.In the past, he had been CEO of the Commercial Bank of Oman, Mashreqbank's Consumer Finance and Retail Banking businesses, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank's India operations. He has also had significant experience in the lighting and consumer electronic fields, having worked with Philips India for 17 years in all the major locations in the country. He is a graduate in Economics and has a Masters Degree in Business from the Bajaj Institute, Bombay University.
Rama Bijapurkar is India's most respected thought leader on market strategy and India's consumer economy. She has an independent consulting practice and works across sectors and organization types, describing her mission as 'bringing market and customer focus to business strategy'. Rama has served as an independent director on the boards of several of India's blue chip companies. These include Axis Bank, Bharat Petroleum, CRISIL, Godrej Consumer Products, Infosys, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial services Ltd apart from Redington Gulf FZE. She also serves on the Governing Councils of the Banking Codes and Standards Board of India, the Insurance Information Board and is a member of the Eminent Persons Advisory Group of the Competition Commission of India. Ashish Bharti is a postgraduate in Business Administration with over 20 years of experience in technology distribution for emerging markets. He has worked with market leaders in CE and IT across retail, distribution and manufacturers in the Middle East holding sales and product management portfolios. Ashish joined Redington in 2008 and at present leads broadline distribution for Redington Gulf in the Middle East. He is also building the smartphone distribution business for Redington in the Middle East.

He has 28 years of cross functional experience in Distribution and has led in senior management roles since last 18 years. Jim Mathew is a postgraduate in Business Administration and has over 14 years of experience in the distribution industry with Telecom & IT vendors and with distribution companies. He has been associated with Redington Gulf FZE since 2007 and currently heads the Telecom business as its Vice President.
Ashok Veeraraghavan is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from the BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, India. He joined Redington Gulf FZE in May 2002. Prior to joining Redington, he worked in the building automation industry for 12 years. He is currently responsible for Retail and Corporate Sales for Redington Gulf FZE.
Mr. Chidambaram is a postgraduate in Operations Management from the All India Management Association in Delhi, India. He joined Redington India in December 1995 as Regional Manager Supply Chain Management for the Western Region. Chidambaram moved to Dubai in 2004 to set-up supply chain logistics for Redington Gulf FZE. Today, he leads the supply chain function for Redington across Africa, CIS countries and Middle East. He is also entrusted with building the groups 3rd party warehousing and freight forwarding business, ProConnect Logistics, in Africa and Middle East.
